How to Order

From discovery to delivery — every step of the NEONWORKS purchase flow is designed to be transparent, traceable, and personal. Here is what to expect.

    Explore each Nixie piece on its dedicated product page. Specifications, provenance, and current availability are listed up-front — no hidden backorder.

    Reserve & Confirm

    Add the piece to your cart, review the total (including shipping), and proceed to a secure checkout. We accept Stripe cards and PayPal.

  3. 3

    Hand-Built in Our Atelier

    Once payment clears, your piece enters our build queue. Each order is hand-assembled, calibrated, and burned-in for 72 hours before dispatch.

  4. 4

    Tracked Global Delivery

    We ship worldwide with full tracking and insured carriers. You will receive a tracking link the moment your piece leaves our atelier — usually within 14 business days.
