Authenticity Guarantee
Every NEONWORKS piece is built around new-old-stock IN-14 or IN-18 Nixie tubes from Soviet-era factory stock — not reproductions, not substitutes — and is covered by the standard NEONWORKS one-year warranty.
Pillar
Original Nixie Tubes
IN-14 and IN-18 tubes are genuine Soviet-era production stock, not modern reproductions. Every tube batch is burn-in tested and electrically graded before assembly.
Pillar
Build Record
Every piece ships with a printed build record listing the tube batch and calibration date. The piece is covered by the NEONWORKS one-year warranty as published in our Terms.

Order-Linked Records
All build records are retained internally against the order number. To make a warranty request, contact us with your order number and we can retrieve the full build record. We do not maintain a public serial verification endpoint.

Our Promise
Manufacturing defects within the one-year warranty period are repaired or replaced per our published Terms; natural tube aging counts as normal wear and is payable on a per-tube basis. Returns and refunds follow the standard return policy shown on the Returns page.
